The best way to sell your car
Thinking about buying a new car is always fun and most of us enjoy looking through the magazines and brochures and comparing specifications and prices. The problem that comes up is how do I sell my car and how do I get the best price? Nowadays there are several methods that one can use. These can be broken down into four main methods:
1. Sell direct to the retailer you are buying your new car from; 2.Put an advert in the local paper under the buy my car section. 3. Take your car to an auction and sell it there. 4. Use and on-line site.
One of the most personal decisions when getting someone to buy my car is what is its value. The point is that this is my car and so the process becomes personal.
Possibly the easiest way is to look at one of the car magazines on sale and check the prices against the used car classifieds. You have to remember that prices vary against the car’s look and condition and the options installed. It is important to be realistic here so as not to put buyers off when they actually see the car.
There are many methods you can use to sell your car, from asking work mates, putting an advert in the classifieds or selling on the internet but before you do any of this there are several things to remember.

If I want to sell my car I know it helps the buyer to make the decision to part with cash if the car is clean and waxed, if paint chips have been effectively dealt with and if the interior has been vacuumed. A good tip that is often forgotten is that properly cleaned windows (inside and out) make a car look so much better. In addition it gives a buyer confidence if they can see that the engine oil level and fluids are topped up.
